Why the Longevity Architect Canvas

A longer life matters only if it is worth living.

We have become very good at measuring the body. We track sleep, movement, blood pressure, heart rate, glucose, and biomarkers. These measures matter.

But many of the things that make a long life worth living cannot be measured in a laboratory: the people we love, the work we are here to do, the places that restore us, the knowledge we keep building, and what we choose to leave behind.

I created the Longevity Architect Method to bring both into one view: your health and the life your health is meant to support.

This Canvas is an invitation to design deliberately.

A life of purpose.
A life of health.
A life of legacy.

Enjoy the Canvas.

One Canvas

Ten Pillars. 50 questions. 90 days.

Each pillar asks one question and ends with one sentence. Ten sentences form your Canvas: a one-page blueprint for the life your health is meant to support. Read it in a minute. Put it on a wall. Bring it to your clinician. Revise it once a year.

Questions

How is this different from a journal?

A journal asks how you feel today. The Canvas asks what you are building and what you will do about it in the next 90 days. You write in it three times a year, not every morning.

When am I charged, and when does it ship?

You are charged today. The Founding Edition ships late November, before the standard print run. If we miss the date, you get a full refund, no questions.

What is in the Founding Edition?

One of 250 numbered copies, signed. The wall-ready Canvas print. The web companion. Ships first.

Do you ship internationally?

United States first. Europe and the rest of the world follow at launch. Founding members outside the US will be contacted before shipping.

Can I order for a clinic, a team, or as gifts?

Yes. Write to hello@longevityarchitect.org for orders of ten or more.

What is the Longevity Architect Canvas?

A physician-designed, annual personal planning system. It turns your long-term healthspan ambitions into a one-page blueprint and three 90-day actions.

Is this medical advice?

No. The Canvas is an educational planning tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a qualified clinician. It helps you organize what you know and prepare for a better conversation with your care team.

How long does it take?

You can begin in 20 minutes. The full Canvas is designed for three focused sittings, at your own pace.

Do I need tests, wearables, or a longevity physician?

No. Begin with what you already know and can observe. The book includes optional prompts for measures worth discussing with a clinician.

What does the companion include?

A web app to save your Canvas online and edit it.

Is it a good gift?

Yes. Birthdays, milestones, fresh starts, and anyone you want to see stay capable for a long time.

What is the price at launch?

The Founding Edition is $100. The standard edition follows at launch at $49.
